ABOUT RESCON
Rescon Alaska is a full-service environmental consulting firm founded in 2012, bringing over 100 years of combined experience across Alaska and the Pacific Rim. We serve federal, state, Alaska Native, industrial, and private sector clients, providing comprehensive support across all phases of environmental projects—from site assessments and investigations to remedial design, construction management, and emergency spill response.
Our team lives and works in Alaska, giving us firsthand understanding of the region’s challenging conditions, including remote logistics, harsh climates, and complex project demands. We approach every project with adaptability, technical expertise, and the resilience required to deliver successful outcomes in these environments.
We believe great people are built with intention, and we are committed to equipping the next generation through mentorship, hands-on experience, and real opportunities to grow. Leadership here is rooted in humility and service—we put the team first, support one another, and step in wherever we’re needed. As one team, we operate with trust, candid communication, and genuine care for each other, knowing that strong relationships drive great outcomes. We work hard, take pride in what we do, and create a place where people can grow, contribute, and be part of something meaningful.
At Rescon, we take pride in owning our work from start to finish—holding ourselves accountable for the quality, safety, and reputation behind everything we do. We are a team that shows up prepared, follows through, and gets the job done, even in the toughest conditions. We don’t wait for perfect circumstances; we adapt, solve problems with what we have, and take smart risks to keep moving forward. Built on northern grit, we thrive in environments where others struggle, approaching challenges with resilience, optimism, and determination.

At Rescon, we are deeply committed to protecting Alaska’s natural resources. We work to restore impacted land and water while promoting responsible resource development and management, ensuring that future generations can continue to experience and benefit from Alaska’s unique environment.
